When you woke up this morning
How did you wake up?
Did you hear beautiful bird song
Or your mobile phone?
When you got out of bed
How did you get your breakfast?
Was there milk on your doorstep
Or did you rush to the sandwich shop on
your way to work?
And now think about your day
What did you do?
Take a walk in the park or do manual labour
Or did you sit in front of a computer?
Now, you’re obviously on your computer.
Did you ever think to switch it off?
Did you ever think to leave the TV
unplugged?
